10m bear crawl
20 jump rope backwards
10 calorie Row or Assault bike
then5 minutes HS walk practice.
start with a headstand for balance
then try free standing HS kick ups
– then try HS walking
ADVANCED (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
As many reps as possible in 20 minutes:
50 Double unders
100ft Walking lunge
100ft HS walk
RXD (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
As many reps as possible in 20 minutes:
25 Double unders
100ft Walking lunge
100ft Bear crawl
Cooldown
Max single under jump rope right leg only
Max single under jump rope left leg only
– Just go until you miss on each leg. Was it close to even? Or was there an significant imbalance?
