:20 tucked elbows banded iso holds

15 banded floor presses

10 tucked elbow iso hold + flexion

10 dumbbell floor presses

Back Squat (1 rep max)

take 20 min to build to a heavy single for the day or a 1 rep max

Bench Press (1 rep max )

take 15 min to work up to a heavy single or a 1 rep max
