Stimulus:
we are startng Murph Prep – every monday will be some form of murph training. today we will add a 400m run before and after. although we have been doing some shuttle runs (which we will do today if necessary) we need to take running slow to start and work up to it.
sub for 400m run will be 25 shuttle sprints (each shuttle sprint is 50′ – 25′ down and back)
