Need something new for recovery food? This salad is packed with healthy fats and protein! Sub out red potatoes for sweet potatoes for a Paleo twist. Add avocado or some nuts for extra fat. Making your own dressing also cuts sugar and bad fat. Double the dressing and save some for another time. This is a great recipe for lunch or dinner!
