Members & Non-Member Options

 

MONTHLY CROSSFIT MEMBRSHIPS

Adult classes:

We offer monthly and annual memberships and require a three month commitment upon starting if you are new to CrossFit. This is generally how long it takes to start finding your groove!

Cancellation Policy: We offer two different AUTOPAY options.

  • The first is a month to month auto pay policy.  After an initial 3 month commitment you can cancel at any time without penalty.  As stated above we DO NOT REFUND MONEY, it is the responsibility of the member to let CrossFit Steamboat know within 7 days before membership dues are pulled.
  • The second is a year long contract. Cancellation of membership prior to the expiration of specified commitment period requires an early termination fee equal to the standard non-discounted month-to-month rate.  FOR EXAMPLE: if you save $20 each month due to the year contract and you cancel with 6 months to go in that contract you will be charged the difference of $20 for the length of your membership so $20x6months =$120.

Hold policy: ​​​​​​​

  • To put a hold your account: if you would like to temporarily freeze your account due to injury or long term travel (must be for more than a month) you must email us at info@crossfitstemaboat.com with a request and the specific dates you would like your agreement to be frozen for. You will be charged 15% of your current membership rate to keep your membership active but just on hold. We will reactivate your membership on the date discussed in email.  If you are on a year contract your contract will be prolonged by the length of the hold.

 

Kids and teens:

We offer age specific membership and classes to Elementary, Middle, and Highschool kids.

 

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Phoenix:

The Phoenix’s mission is to build a sober active community that fuels resilience and harnesses the transformational power of connection so that together we rise, recover, and live.

Cost: 48 hours continuous sobriety

Competitions:

Do you need goals to give you that little extra push? Do you have a little competition spirit? Several times a year, as a member you will have the option to participate in local CrossFit competitions as an individual or team. It is not only incredibly fun but always teaches us to push a little harder then we thought we could go.

One stop shopping! We have our very own in-house PT who specializes in: Injury Rehabilitation (conservative and post-surgical), 1:1 Performance Coaching, Recovery Work, Dry Needling, Return to Sport Testing

Wodworks:

An individualized programming service created to help you get out of pain, move past mobility limitations, recover from injury, and build performance. Oftentimes our highly active lifestyle and long-term movement patterns leave us with nagging discomfort, hard to heal injuries, or setbacks in our training. If you’re struggling to progress in these areas or find sustainable, lasting ways to get out of pain- WODWORKS might be the right fit for you. Nutrition coaching:

Exercise and movement are what help us lay the bricks of our health and wellness. But nutrition, supplementation, and daily lifestyle outside of the gym is what lays the foundation. Without a sturdy foundation, we have little room to grow and see results.
We offer several nutrition challenges throughout the year as part of your membership. However if you are looking for some tips to help you create some small, sustainable habits around nutrition and lifestyle that could change your life? We’ve got you covered. Personal training:

Members: If you are already a member of  CrossFit Steamboat but just want to hone in on your skills, work on technique or if you just need a little one on one attention.

Non-Members: If group classes just aren’t your thing then personal training one on one could be the best fit for you. Whether you want to do strength, conditioning, focus on mobility and stability, or all of the above; we can work with you to design a program and training dynamic that works best for you!

Merchandise:

We try to meet all your pre and post workout needs, from pre-workout drinks, protein shakes and recovery drinks. We also have great gear like tanks and tee’s, sweats and hats. All conveniently located in our community room just inside the front door.
