The team….Jeff, Tyson, Karlie and Alida….man o

The team….Jeff, Tyson, Karlie and Alida….man oh man. We have been working towards this for a very long time. I’ll say it again that the third place finish was a huge cherry on top, but the performance on the floor with these 4 athletes was incredible. Staying in their lanes, always having a solid plan and executing. Knowing where their strengths lie and where they were the weakest and working to execute on this. They were consistent all weekend, always finishing top 7. They knew going into that last workout they were going to have to push it a bit, maybe go to that uncomfortable place. And THEY DID!

And what makes this even more impressive? These four have never competed together..thanks to Karlie and Alida for jumping in.

Jake….although he didn’t place as well as he wanted, where an athlete places is just the cherry on top. What really matters is what happens on the floor. Watching Jake mature as an athlete every year has been so fun to watch. The highlight of the weekend was watching him PR his clean…but again it wasn’t even the number on the barbell that was the coolest part. It was watching him be calm and focused. Take very deliberate breaks and and make really smart jumps. This is what lead to the PR!
Then watching him do 90 unbroken double unders, handstand walk 15’ unbroken like it was no big deal…watching his first and last rep look the same on a big long chipper, always keeping the integrity of his movements. Watching him interact with the athletes next to him, always being kind, fist bumping everyone. So much for HIM to be proud of. Great job Jake!

We HAVE NOT BEEN on an Olympic Weightlifting cycle. Yet, we had lots and lots of PR’s 🤔🤔

What does this mean? It means that being consistent at CROSSFIT is all you need to.

Cole has been working on double under for YEARS. He has thrown lots of fits mid wod….throwing his rope down saying f**k this. But every time there were double unders in a workout he would keep trying. Today he was doing 20 per round consistently while under fatigue. What a win!!!!

Starting Dec 1st, we will be running a little atte

Starting Dec 1st, we will be running a little attendance challenge called the committed club. It will be ongoing indefinitely, every month as a way to recognize and reward the people in the gym who are crushing it and attending consistently. Every month we will do a giveaway with everyone who attends 15 classes in a calendar month.

Every quarter, the prize gets bigger and better for people who made it all three months.

Best of all? We’ll predict that the ones who show up to 15 classes will see the most progress in their fitness.

Everyone will be automatically entered as we sign you in daily through wodify so it will be our tracker.
