The way this workout flows; at 3,2,1 GO! P1 will do TWO rounds of 5 push press, 5 back squat, 5 calories. When the finish both rounds, P2 does the same. Moving back and forth for the entire 10:00.
Then a 2:00 rest.
Repeat with the new movements and lower reps (2 full rounds alternating).
And so on.
