5 ways to handle stress RIGHT NOW!
Too much on your plate?! Feeling overwhelmed?! Stress level at an all-time high?! Here are a few simple ways to dial it back and focus on what REALLY matters.
1. GO TO BED RIGHT NOW! Seriously! Get in bed at the same time every night and aim for 8-hours of good quality sleep. Can’t sleep?! Try a good nighttime routine to wind down to prepare the body and mind for sleep. Tea, a foot massage, or a nighttime story might do the trick.
2. HAVE A LITTLE SOMETHING! Treat yourself to a quick fun snack. A boost of energy will go a long way. Try apple slices wrapped in turkey.
3. BREATHE! Go ahead, inhale and exhale! Now make each count to 4, then 6, then 8! You will be surprised at how good you feel instantly.
